Gal Dente is Jessica Johnson and Jorja Boon-Kriesel, two Sydney creatives. They met seven years ago whilst working in homewares and jewellery design, and bonded over a shared love of being in the kitchen. 

They soon began exploring stylistic and aesthetic concepts in cooking - and from that Gal Dente was born.

Gal Dente now works to provide innovative food styling and creative services, from concept development and recipe writing through to art direction. Their photographic editorial stories endeavour to playfully explore food, bringing intrigue to their subjects and challenging the way we view them.

Gal Dente are available for boutique commercial advertising, concept-driven editorial, menu shoots, food curatorial for events and food related art projects.
